I love this Em. But my question to you is: Does any one actually WANT to swim in the Great Salt Lake??

The answer is no. I don't think anyone wants to. Great list, Em.

This seems pretty heavy on things you can do in Paris and Italy, huh? May I add a few that might be equally cultured...

Gone to a nudie hotsprings. Check.
Cracked a watermelon open and ate it with spoons straight out of the rind. Check.
Eaten some Texas barbeque- the kind where they don't even bother to give you a plate. Check.
Listened to a banjo solo played by a Florida native-and when I say native, I mean... NA-TIVE. Check.

You know, I could go on and on. It occurs to me that your list-good though it is-is a bit lacking. :)
Pip pip!

I'm truly surprised running away to Vegas for a weekend is not on your list either! But it sure does motivate me to do some great things this year...we've got a few up our sleeves, but we'll see what time brings. For now, it's Teach an AP level class to sophomores - check!

Um hello? Emily?!!! Where are you? You have all of these amazing plant and insect pictures and you're going to be a midwife and you just battled cancer? I love midwives- both my kids were delivered by one. You're amazing! Love to keep in touch- found your blog through the grapevine...at last!

Yes, that is my real house. (Granted that photo was taken during the summer, but who doesn't prefer a warm view??) And no, I won't be participating in Christy's tag because photos of my house right now would be detrimental to wooing its new owners. {Boxes. Toys. Laundry. Crap-ola. Everywhere.} We must tidy up before we open to the public at large.

But I'm curious...what were you curious about? I'll tell you all about it.

The only thing I know about Ghaddafi is that he insists that Obama is a Muslim and will bring Muslim values to the White House. Oh, and that we bombed his house in the 80s. Good old Reagan!!!

Hey Em,
Check out my blog! I have a post dedicated to Y-O-U! Yea for Tuesday, that's all I can say! I am glad that you are advocating for more accessiblity, for people in wheelchairs and users of strollers alike. The tilt feature is pretty sweet on my chair. I haven't tried to take a nap tilted back yet, but trust me it's on my list of things to do, once I get the headrest put on my chair!!
